Voters heads to polls in Rhode Island and Utah

in order to fill vacancies within two House districts located in Rhode Island, Utah. The elections follow announcements made by former Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I.

; and Rep. Cicilline resigned in June, while Stewart plans to leave later this month. Both after having served a decade in Congress. Cicilline, who served in Congress for a decade, resigned in June.
